Apartments "Borgo Isola Rossa"

The village has developed at the back of the beach and the inlets. The new or renewed private apartments are in quiet residential areas. The apartments can have a small courtyard, a garden, a veranda or a patio (but it is not guaranteed).
Middle distance from the beach and from the centre of town is 200 m.
The apartments are situated in two store buildings with the following typologies : Type B, B1,C, C1, D and D1.
Description the typologies of apartments:
Type B : living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double-bed and bathroom.
Type B1: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double-bed and bathroom.
Type C : living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double- bed, one room with two beds and bathroom.
Type C1: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double- bed, one room with two beds and bathroom.
Type D: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double-bed, two rooms each with two beds and a bathroom.
Type D1: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double-bed, two rooms each with two beds and a bathroom.
Bills (water, electricity, gas) : are included in the price.
Final cleaning fee payable at the office on arrival : € 25,00 for type B-B1; € 35,00 for type C-C1; for € 40,00 for type C2-D; € 50,00 for type D1.
Bed linen and towels: € 10,00 for a person for a change.
Services by request, to ask when booking payable on arrival:
Cot : € 20,00 per week.
Additional bed : period A+B: € 25,00 / week; period C+D+E+ J: € 35,00 / week; period F: € 40,00 /
week; period G+H+I: € 50,00 / week.
TV : € 20,00 / week or € 30,00 / 2 weeks, with apartments “Plus” – included in the price
Washing machine : € 35,00 / week or € 60,00 / 2 weeks
Deposit: € 100 cash ( returned after apartment inventory)
Beginning/End of stay : Saturday-Tuesday : 5 o’clock p.m./ Saturday-Tuesday : 10 o’clock a.m.
Period A : beginning and end of stay any day of week
Office reception hours: 9,00-13,00 and 15,00-19,30. For arrival beside hours of reception, please inform us.
Pets : small pets are allowed, by an obligatory payment for extra cleaning fee (€ 25,00 for type B-B1; € 35,00 for type C-C1; € 40,00 for type C2-D; € 50,00 for type D1). Remember that dogs are not allowed on Sardinian beaches.
