They are situated on the hill of Isola Rossa, in a panoramic position, in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The distance from the well-known beaches of Isola Rossa and Marinedda is 800 – 2500 m.
Description the typologies of apartments:
Type B : living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double-bed and bathroom.
Type B1: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double-bed and bathroom.
Type C: living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double-bed, one room with two beds and bathroom.
Type C1: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double- bed, room with two beds and bathroom.
Bills (water, electricity, gas) : are included in the price.
Final cleaning fee payable at the office on arrival: € 25,00 type B-B1; € 35,00 type C-C1.
Bed linen and towels: € 10,00 per person per change.

Cot : € 20,00 per week.
Additional bed : period A+B: € 25,00 / week; period C+D+E+ J: € 35,00 / week; period F: €
40,00 / week; period G+H+I: € 50,00 / week.

Washing machine : € 35,00 / week or € 60,00 / 2 weeks
Deposit : € 100 cash (returned after apartment inventory)
Beginning/End of stay : Saturday-Tuesday : 5 o’clock p.m./ Saturday-Tuesday : 10 o’clock a.m.
Period A : beginning and end of stay any day of week
Office reception hours: 9,00-13,00 and 15,00-19,30. For arrival beside hours of reception, please inform us.
Pets : small pets are allowed with an extra cleaning fee (€ 25,00 for type B-B1; € 35,00 for type C-C1;). Remember that dogs are not allowed on Sardinian beaches.
