These apartments are situated on a hill with a spectacular view of the beautiful Marinedda gulf (the distance from the apartments to the beach is 450 metres). The village is inserted in the Mediterranean growth that spreads on the coast of pink granite which creates a suggestive landscape. The white sandy beach and transparent of its waters makes it one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia.
This new village includes 50 apartments on two floors, each of it has porch and car parking, most of them have sea view. The village is located 1 km from Isola Rossa where you can find all amenities.
Description the typologies of apartments:
Type B : living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double-bed and bathroom.
Type B1: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double-bed and bathroom.
Type C: living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double-bed, one room with two beds and bathroom.
Type C1: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double- bed, room with two beds and bathroom.
Type C2: living room with kitchenette and couch for two persons, one bedroom with double- bed, room with two beds and two bathrooms.
Bills (water, electricity, gas) : are included in the price.
Final cleaning fee payable at the office on arrival: € 25,00 for type B-B1; € 35,00 for type C-C1; € 40,00 for type C2.
Bed linen and towels: € 10,00 per person per change.
Services by request when booking payable on arrival :
Cot : € 20,00 per week.
Additional bed : period A+B: € 25,00 / week; period C+D+E+ J: € 35,00 / week; period F: €
40,00 / week; period G+H+I: € 50,00 / week.
TV : € 20,00 / week or € 30,00 / 2 weeks
Washing machine : € 35,00 / week or € 60,00 / 2 weeks
Deposit: € 100 cash (returned after apartment inspection)
Beginning/End of stay : Saturday-Tuesday : 5 o’clock p.m./ Saturday-Tuesday : 10 o’clock a.m.
Period A : beginning and end of stay any day of week
Office reception hours: 9,00-13,00 and 15,00-19,30. For arrival beside hours of reception, please inform us.
Pets : small pets are allowed with an extra cleaning fee (€ 25,00 for type B-B1; € 35,00 for type C-C1; € 40,00 type C2). Remember that dogs are not allowed on Sardinian beaches.
