These are just some of the excursions on offer.
Our office staff will inform you about new and interesting visits to monuments and beaches.

ALGHERO

(Whole day)

Departure in the morning for Alghero, renown tourist centre of Catalan origin.
Walls, towers, will make the background of your walk in a city full of history and culture.
Walking through the historical town centre you will be able to admire the church of S. Francesco, the church of S. Michele, the cathedral and if you like the sacret art museum.
After a short stop at the panoramic FALESIA of Capo Caccia we will arrive at Stintino, a lovely old fishing town now popular as a tourist destination very important.
A stop at the beach for swimming at the Pelosa beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, characterised by its white fine sand and crystal clear waters.
In the afternoon we will depart to arrive before evening.

COSTA SMERALDA

(whole day)

Departure towards Coast Paradiso (the paradise coast).
Along the way we will stop twice: the first in the PRESSI of Aggius where you will be able to admire the spectacular scenery of the Valle Lunare (Valley of the Moon), characterised for its numerous massifs of granite sculptured by the wind.
The second stop is at Luogosanto to visit the church funded in the twelve century by the Francescani monks, renown by the “Porta Aperta” (open door) regularly every 7 years.
At Porto Cervo, a symbol of the Costa Esmeralda, you can walk through the centre of the small and prestigious town, admiring the windows of the worlds most exclusive shops and the luxurious yachts at the marina.
Lunch is free to explore.
In the afternoon you will visit the beach of Baja Sardinia where you will able to swim in a gorgeous see with emerald colour waters.
Return is arranged before dinner.

CASTELSARDO

(Half day – with no guide)

Departure to the small town of Castersardo.
Along the way we will drive through the Valley of Goghinas and we will stop at the Elephant rock named after its elephant shape sculptured by the wind.
Once in Castelsardo you will be able to enjoy the whole view of the Asinara Gulf.
Through the typical streets of the town centre you arrive to the castle which dominates the whole town and is built on a massif by the sea. At the centre of town you will be able to admire the Cathedral of S. Antonio Abate and the embroidery museum which is within the castle.
Last but not least, before departure you can shop some of the traditional local handcraft tapestry and CESTE INTRECCIATE.

VALLE DEL NURCARA

(Whole day)

Morning departure. The first stop is to visit the famous roman BASILICATA of SACCARGIA.
During our second stop you can admire the REGGIA NURAGICA of Santu Antine (entrance facoltativo). We continue through the Valley of Nurcara with a short visit to the town of Romana.
Lunch will be served in an agriturismo (traditional home-made food), with all the specialities of the area, plenty of wine, dancing and SINGING.
In the afternoon we visit Monteleone Rocca Doria, the smallest community in Sardinia with only 128 inhabitants.
During the stop you will visit the romanic church of S. Stefano, the ruins of the Doria castle and the BELVEDERE from where you can admire a breathtaking view of the whole Valey of Nurcara and the man made lake at the top of Temo.
Return in early evening.

ARCIPELAGO DELLA MADDALENA

(whole day)

Departure in the morning to Santa Teresa de Gallura where we will board on a boat to the Archipielago of the Maddalena.
The boat crew will be our guides.
You will first visit the island of S. Maria where we can enjoy a swim in the clystal clear sea.
Lunch, a sea food pasta, will be served on board.
We will navigate to the island of Maddalena to visit the traditional town centre.
In the afternoon you can swim and lye in the sun in a spectacular beach of the island of Spargi.
The departure time will be early evening.

TEMPIO

(Half day)

Departure in early afternoon.
We will drive through the Valle della Luna (Moon Valley) formed by large granite massifs during the Quaternary, MODELATTI in bizarre shapes by ATMOSPHERIC AGENTS.
The first stop is at Tempio Pausania. This is the most representative town centre in Gallura with plenty of tradition and culture.
Walking through the town centre you can admire the seventh century granite buildings giving the town an architectural simplicity ED AUSTERO
The visit continues to Calangianus, famous for the extraction of cork and its traditional handcraft. Return in the evening.
